Local expertise, international best practice
Across our teams and countries, we work together to balance access, quality, and sustainability — always striving for the best outcomes for students. We hold ourselves and each other to high standards, celebrate success, and learn from every challenge.
PEAS schools employ over 1,200 teachers, school leaders, and support staff. They are supported by 100 people in our Uganda, Zambia, and Ghana offices who provide education, safeguarding, MEAL, finance, people and culture, advocacy, and procurement support.
Our global team is made up of 20 people providing technical expertise and fundraising support to our country teams.
